Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Domestic (USA): 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday)

International: 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday)

Processing Times

Orders take 3 - 5 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard ground shipping applies to orders over $100 in value (after discounts). A flat shipping fee of $4.95 will be applied to orders under $100.

What carriers do you ship with?

We use Yunexpress to ship out your orders. Once it arrives in the United States it is handed over to USPS for last mile delivery.

What is the order cut off time?

Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix).

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

What if I do not receive my order?

In the case that your package is not successfully delivered, please reach out to us via email at info@zonahome.co and we will look into your order and make it right.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
